Acclimatization

Establishing a secure quality of attachment to the child is a very important educational goal for me in my day care.

The children should feel safe, secure and well integrated so that further development-enhancing educational processes can succeed.

I want the children to turn to their environment with interest and curiosity, explore their surroundings and dare to tackle new and challenging tasks.

During the admission interview, I inform the parents how the acclimatization is going and what their role is.

For the acclimatization, I orientate myself on the 4 principles of the Pikler pedagogy:

Respect

before the child's own initiative and the support of his self-employment.

Support

a stable personal relationship between the child and relatively few but familiar reference persons.

Endeavor

every child feels accepted and recognized.

Financial support

optimal physical well-being and health of the child.
